Pothi’s primary role as our Asset Management Administrator is to provide clear and transparent reporting to management and clients for all facets of the Trust Account administration. Pothi is the financial “nerve centre” of the Asset Management Department and has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the department ensuring accurate record-keeping and a strict adherence to Trust Account procedures. She has established an excellent rapport with clients instilling confidence in the sound financial management of their investment. As a testament to her abilities, Pothi is the state winner of the 2008 REISA “Awards for Excellence in Real Estate” in the category of corporate support and in April 2009 Pothi was awarded the National title by the REIA, surpassing every state representative in this category.
